A synthesis of data, surveys, and interviews, this interactive hub provides analysis into the patterns defining early career development for Gen Z. Serving a broad audience, the design balances a modern aesthetic appealing to students with an academic sensibility suited for Handshake’s educational partners.

The platform reimagines analytical research through the lens of storytelling. Students are the heart of the Handshake brand, and it was important the design humanized their experience beyond a dataset of statistics. The use of subtle videography featuring student survey participants personifies informational elements and provides an immersive experience for the platform’s audience.
